M&E TENDER MANAGER / TEAM LEAD
REPORTING TO: M&E Project Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and energize a team in the preparation and submission of M&E tenders, promoting a culture of positivity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Responsible for MEP Design, taking off BOQ, sourcing the quotation and prepare quotation.
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality M&E tenders, ensuring compliance with all client requirements and deadlines.
- Attend site visit for tender briefing. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity in roles and deadlines.
- Interpretation of tender specifications, client requirement, drawings and any other relevant documents; not limited to Project Presentation, Schedule of Rates, Technical Data, Risk Assessment, Bill of Quantity and documents needed for Tender Submissions.
- Understand how to do MEP design to comply with Singapore Standard.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation.
- Able to assist client for Value Engineering.
- Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrate effective communication and consultative skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills, communication and team player.
- Prepare and maintain a repository of tender documents, templates, and past submissions for future reference.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the implementation of successful M&E practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the tender process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8 -10 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fitting Out M&E Works.
- MUST know how to prepare M&E technical design, technical write-up, prepare tender specifications and presentation slide for tender interviews.
- MUST understand the process of tender preparation and submission.
- MUST have experience in project costing and estimating.
- MUST know BCA Green Mark Requirement.
- MUST know Dialux or Lighting Simulation Software.
- Strong in Tender Presentation Skill.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
- Requires travelling to various worksites in Singapore.
- Requires to perform night work/weekends when need arises.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role.
- This position is only open to Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents.

TEAM LEAD / SENIOR MANAGER
REPORTING TO: Director – Projects
JOB SUMMARY
As a Team Lead / Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of performance. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for leading junior team members, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Project Director in managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure the team’s performance meets expectations and industry standards.
- Oversee project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, surveys, and completion reports.
- Handle site work documentation, such as Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications and insurance requirements.
- Assist in tender documentation when required.
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to obtain quotes, conduct site surveys, and review contracts before issuing purchase orders.
- Conduct site coordination and client meetings, ensuring smooth communication between subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee all project-related tasks from initiation to closure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovations/construction projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide junior staff and ensure project success.
- Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation preparation (e.g. project reports, PTW applications, contracts).
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude, initiative-driven, and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support our interior renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of project documentation (VO/Omission including justification, progress claim and etc).
- Assist project personnel in issuance of PO including getting comparison quote and discussion required.
- Certification of contractor’s payment claim.
- Conduct site walk to verified work done on site.
- All contract related matters.
- Closure of Project Final Account.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations/construction fields. Senior positions require at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

M&E ENGINEER (PROJECT)
REPORTING TO: M&E Project Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate M&E design with other disciplines (structural, architectural, civil) to ensure smooth integration.
- Design and review mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power, etc.) in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for M&E systems.
- Able to assist client for Value Engineering.
- Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrate effective communication and consultative skills.
- Strong in communication skills and a team player.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the implementation of successful M&E practices.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Supervise and inspect the installation of M&E systems to ensure they are compliant with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

- Ensure that all M&E works are completed in line with safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of M&E systems to ensure they are fully functional and meet design intent.

- Ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance schedules.
- Preparation of Variation Orders to clients and valuation of Vendor’s progress Claim.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
