Our partnership journey began with our client’s first project – a back-office operations of 80,000 sq ft at Singapore Science Park. The CEO desired a radical approach of a completely open plan with no individual rooms. We conducted extensive staff interviews, background studies and ran a four-month staff expectations management programme. In it, designs were presented to employees and they were constantly engaged and briefed on the new spaces. They gave a resounding 95% vote of “yes” and the radical designs were implemented to great success.

Our second project with the client was to revamp their One Raffles Quay office. After an initial engagement of another firm, they reverted back to us to develop that space, incorporating a full kitchen outfitted for hosting events.
