MARKETING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct research and obtain leads for organisation
  • Cold calls to potential client and follow up
  • To lead the team to obtain requirements, design brief and all required information and manage client expectation
  • Plan timelines to meet deadline
  • Ensure proper communication with team for preparation of required proposal including cost to ensure proper and timely submission
  • Maintain relationship with client, customer retention
  • Collate materials for presentation to client
  • Arrange for mock up/samples to client
  • Develop and upkeep marketing collaterals
  • Other duties which may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • > 3 years relevant experience, preferably in interior design industry
  • Microsoft office skills – Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft excel etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset with “can do attitude”
  • Dynamic, proactive, resourceful and meticulous

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve Sales Target

PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading a Project Team to achieve Goals & Objectives:

  • Complete Project Scope
  • Timely completion within dateline
  • Consistent Quality
  • Control Cost & within budget
  • Workplace Safety & Health

PRIMARY DUTIES

Project Planning & Implementation 

  • Obtain endorsement for scope of works (from relevant authorities / stakeholders)
  • Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
  • Manage all Builders’ and M&E works
  • Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
  • Obtain quotes and appoint sub-contractors

Project Costing

  • Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitability

Commissioning and Handover

  • Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etc
  • Conduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsement
  • Complete defect rectification works promptly
  • Collate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building management

Collection of Payment

  • Update claims and obtain client’s endorsement for Variation Orders
  • Submit progress payment claims/Variation Orders to Finance for billing
  • Ensure timely submission of drawings to obtain release of renovation deposits

ABILITIES, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE (ASK)

  • Diploma / Degree in Project Management / Engineering / Design / QS
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in interior design / construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful & meticulous
  • Positive mindset with “can do attitude”
  • Analytical and well organized

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
    • Develop design / detailed drawings
    • Prepare design presentation (e.g. colour scheme and material board)
    • Source competitive quote/materials / samples
    • Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
    • Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
    • Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

    ABILITIES, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE (ASK)

    • Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects
    • Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel, Sketchup and any other design software
    • Creative conceptual design ability
    • Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
    • Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
    • Good team player and proactive
    • Good communication skill for client management & presentation
